This Shipments Tickets API allows the customer to notify DLR about an incoming shipment that needs to be installed in the space occupied by the customer.
This API provides the following functionality:
Create and submit Shipping & Receiving tickets
Update tickets that are 'Open' or 'In Progress' ONLY
Add Comments to tickets that are 'Open' or 'In Progress'
Attach documents to Shipments tickets
Cancel Shipments tickets
View Submitted Tickets [either Completed or Cancelled] by Request ID, Company, or User

To use this API, you must have a registered user with permissions to send shipments to a specific DLR site.
