This Service Tickets API provides a catch-all view for all tickets allowing users to update Open tickets applicable to the customer’s account.
This API provides the following functionality:
View all customer-facing and relevant ticket information including Ticket Number, Ticket Type, Request Type, Category, Subject, Site, Location, Requester, Create Date, Updated On, Closed On, Status
View and update tickets that are NOT in a Completed or Cancelled status.
View-Only for tickets that are in a Completed or Cancelled status
